Refund Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction. If — in your opinion — we haven't met our goal, we will refund the unused, pro-rated portion of your license fee.

To initiate a refund, please use the form available at contact us to correspond with our Customer Service Manager.

Include the following information:

  1. The name of your customer account
  2. Your customer number (begins with "CN-")
  3. The purchase key sent to you when you completed your purchase (begins with "PK-")
  4. The license key to the software (begins with "AK-")

Upon refund, you agree to uninstall the software and to delete the license key from your device.
